Jim Robison | Producer

Jim Robison studied a Bachelor of Commerce with a Finance Major at Newcastle University and has now been working in the film and TV industry for over fifteen years in various BTL roles in production & Art Departments; on major Blockbuster films like Hacksaw Ridge, The Great Gatsby & Mad Max: Fury Road. In 2017 Jim setup Lunar Pictures with fellow Co-Founder Kurt Martin. Recently Jim was Executive Producer of the $35M film, “Danger Close: The Battle of Long Tan” distributed in Australian & NZ by Transmission Films with Sales being handled by Saboteur Media (NYC). After “Danger Close” had been in development for more than a decade Jim was attached to the film as Executive Producer in 2015 and was instrumental in raising the private investment needed to green light the film. During his career Jim has raised a mix of debt and private equity finance for feature films with total collective production budgets of more than 50 Million dollars AUD. Jim has worked with film makers and cast who have received Oscar nominations and wins, and has worked with leading film distributors, premiere post production companies at Fox Studios and international film finance companies.  Jim currently has a slate of films set for production in 2019 and 2020, and films at various stages of development. Kurt Martin | Director & Writer

Kurt Martin is a Director and Writer from Sydney, Australia. He studied Law at the Sydney University, as well as earning a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University. Kurt then went on to complete a Diploma of Film and Television Production at TAFE, and then on to an Advanced Diploma at Sydney Film School, majoring in Directing & Screen-Writing. Kurt has directed several Short Films, many of which have been nominated at International Film festivals. He has directed numerous TVC's, Music Videos, Web series and Pilot TV series, as well as working on several Feature Films as Assistant Director (1st/2nd) including Teenage Kicks, The School,  Out Of The Shadows (with budgets totalling $8M AUD). Kurt’s body of work has received numerous international nomination's including Switzerland International Film Fetival, Schnit Shorts, Tokyo Lift Off, Mumbai Navi International Film Festival and Los Angeles Lift Off Film Festival. His screenplay writing has also been short-listed for the world’s most prestigious screenplay competition's, including the International prestigious BlueCat ScreenPlay Competition.
